Scoop Robotix Inc. is looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. In this role you will gain detailed knowledge of our Scoop® mobile-work Process Management and its target industries (Solar, Wind, EV, Battery Storage etc.) and use this knowledge to implement effective content, branding and lead generation programs across all digital platforms and channels. This leader will deploy their creative marketing and growth hacking skills to develop & distribute professional content that educates, informs and converts prospects throughout their discovery, consideration and buying journey.
Scoop Robotix is a rapidly expanding organization at the intersection of the highly coveted renewables and technology industries and as such this position offers multiple avenues leading to expansion of skills and future leadership opportunities.
You are already familiar with social media and you will be managing all of our social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
We are looking for someone who has worked in a software company in a social media capacity. Whether it’s writing copy for social media, auditing content, conceptualizing visuals, and collaborating with designers, you’ve done it all and you’re excited to show us your portfolio. As a bonus, you have also grown social media followers and are passionate about growth.
You will support in creating content for various marketing campaigns to drive web traffic and increase brand awareness. We are willing to train the right candidate who is hardworking, willing to learn, and coachable.

Scoop was created by industry veterans with extensive backgrounds in software engineering, field operations, robotics and artificial intelligence. In their careers, they experienced firsthand the challenges faced by field operation managers and field personnel grappling with office-bound tools that were not designed for today's highly distributed and mobile workforce. Our flagship platform Scoop® is a zero-coding mobile work process management & automation platform (mPMA) where clients can configure their own Work Apps and Project Management Templates to facilitate work execution, management and automation. Companies use Scoop to engage their internal and external teams to get more work done and achieve faster growth. Industry leading solar, battery storage and EV charging companies use the Scoop platform to automate and streamline their field work, facilitate real time communication, gather valuable data and provide visual analytic dashboards. Our second platform, GLOO™ is a powerful integration as a service or iPaaS platform with over 500 connectors to a wide array of world class cloud platforms. We use GLOO connectors and integration workflows to automate interactions between Scoop and across our customers' entire ecosystem of technologies.
- Experience in SaaS marketing experience at startup or early-stage companies.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. 2+ years of managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts (proof of previous accounts worked on and results achieved is required).
- 2+ years of creating social media content. Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Experience in working with content writers, video editors, and other creative roles.
- 1+ years of using social media scheduling tools (ex. Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Keen attention to detail.
- Honest, reliable, proactive, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Can-do, positive and energetic attitude.
- Process-oriented and loves to keep improving.
- Believes in our cause of using technology to create a better world. Nice but not necessary (we are willing to train you as long as you are coachable)
- Experience in growing a YouTube subscriber base.
- Knowledge of creating landing pages on WordPress Elementor.
- A team collaborator who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and a strategic problem-solver who can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals.
- In-depth knowledge of managing ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement a social media marketing plan for Facebook channels, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that will increase followers and post views.
- Build social campaigns to promote webinars, events, and informational content to drive traffic to the website.
- Implement A/B testing best practices and repurpose content to determine which posting methods drive the highest conversion.
- Manage all published content (images, video, and written) including creating posts for social channels on the company and employee feeds.
- Respond to comments on posts and direct messages on social media platforms not only in a timely manner but in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to create necessary collateral for each channel.
- Report on growth metrics of different social media platforms monthly.
- Generate UTM codes for social content.
- Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
