Scoop Robotix Inc. is looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role you will gain detailed knowledge of our Scoop® mobile-work Process Management and its target industries (Solar, Wind, EV, Battery Storage etc.) and use this knowledge to implement effective content, branding and lead generation programs across all digital platforms and channels. This leader will deploy their creative marketing and growth hacking skills to develop & distribute professional content that educates, informs and converts prospects throughout their discovery, consideration and buying journey. Scoop Robotix is a rapidly expanding organization at the intersection of the highly coveted renewables and technology industries and as such this position offers multiple avenues leading to expansion of skills and future leadership opportunities.
You take enjoyment from building and are excited to work alongside a team. You like to create end-to-end funnels, marketing campaigns, content, and be given the ability to really create something new and special. You’re super-organized and don’t need (or want) to be micro-managed, and can self-motivate. You’re equally comfortable analyzing data, creating a PPC campaign, running an A/B experiment on a landing page to optimize for conversions, managing content and strategies, as well as writing an email nurture sequence or blog post, or making videos. Scoop was created by industry veterans with extensive backgrounds in software engineering, field operations, robotics and artificial intelligence. Industry leading solar, battery storage and EV charging companies use the Scoop platform to automate and streamline their field work, facilitate real time communication, gather valuable data and provide visual analytic dashboards. Our second platform, GLOO™ is a powerful integration as a service or iPaaS platform with over 500 connectors to a wide array of world class cloud platforms. We use GLOO connectors and integration workflows to automate interactions between Scoop and across our customers' entire ecosystem of technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in SaaS marketing experience at startup or early-stage companies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with major self-service ad platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of measuring lead attribution, website conversion, and tracking top-of-funnel activity.
  • Needs to know Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Demand Generation, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, Web Traffic and Conversion, Lead Qualification Programs, Automated Nurture Campaigns, Marketing Funnel Management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Hands-on experience creating workflows and working with marketing automation platforms and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
  • Experience in organizing webinars.
  • Excellent writing and copywriting skills.

  • Generate leads as measured by impressions, opportunities, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline coverage, and revenue
  • Execute campaigns from start to finish across all channels (email, social media, and paid).
  • Expand on marketing automation capabilities to create and lead nurture campaigns via email, content and social channels, leveraging data and analytics to continually refine marketing campaigns to improve conversion.
  • Coordinate with designers to bring visual concepts and marketing collateral to life. Collaborate with the Social Media and Content Manager to develop new blog and video content.
  • Discover opportunities for establishing trust with customers. Build product credibility by generating reviews, creating case studies, and establishing partnerships.
  • Support the Marketing Lead in building out a network of partners that will drive the affiliate marketing program.
  • Ensure top of funnel tagging in place across all channels. Report on marketing KPIs and provide data-driven insights for future campaigns.
  • Organize webinars and coordinate communication efforts to maximize attendance.
