We’re Hiring: HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist

Scoop Robotix Inc. is looking for a freelance Marketing Assistant with the goal of hiring full-time and becoming a core member of our team. Our goal is to have you be a PRO in our CRM and you will be the go-to person for developing new marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and from time to time be included in discussions with senior management.
You are already familiar with using HubSpot and you will be creating marketing campaigns in our CRM, landing pages, and reports. Every project is unique and there are lots of opportunities for personal development. You will also be creating workflows, segmenting leads, and owning the entire email marketing process. While you do not require design skills, you will be updating graphics based on existing templates and designs. A solid understanding of email open rates and CTRs, visuals and elements that catches software consumers' attention, and conversion of leads into demos is preferred but NOT necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate who is hardworking, willing to learn, and coachable. You have an internal drive to understand and empathize with your prospects' challenges and pain points and are willing to invest the time with each prospect to determine and then demonstrate how Scoop Robotix can solve those challenges. You thrive on developing trust and rapport with your prospects and have a proven track record of establishing this across multiple stakeholders through a sales cycle.   • WordPress: Updating copy/text on WordPress landing pages using existing templates
  • Photo Editing: Updating visual assets using existing templates
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Creating email workflows in HubSpot (format emails, update visual assets, update email copy - especially dates, create folders to organize templates)
  • Editing spelling/grammar in emails.
  • Setting up dashboards and reports as requested in HubSpot or Google Data Studio. We are also open to using other tools as long as data is integrated and secure.
  • Setting up email campaigns and building out the structure of a new CRM tool. We will provide training and time for you to learn this new tool.
  • Reporting on the performance and deliverability of emails. Making recommendations to optimize open rates and CTR.
  • Set up landing pages and HubSpot forms for new marketing campaigns. Each page requires tracking to be set up in Google Analytics and/or Tag Manager.
  • Record keeping and organizing marketing messages and files in Scoop's content hub.
